Hi, I’m Ashleigh, the Founder of Mindset Move and I’m so happy you’re here. 

Many years go, I picked up The Secret and it completely changed the way I saw life. It opened my eyes to the power of mindset and energy. From that moment, I was hooked. I threw myself into mentorships, studying and personal development and I haven’t stopped since.

Through my own journey, I realised just how different life can be when you’re willing to shift your perspective and step into your true power. That’s why I became a certified life coach in 2023, recently qualifying as an Ikigai life coach and I’m also a Reiki Holy Fire practitioner.

I created Mindset Move because I know how overwhelming it can feel to want more from life but not know where to start. My mission is to help you awaken your mind, break through limiting beliefs, and step into a life that feels aligned, one filled with purpose, abundance, and confidence.

Whether it's through 1:1 coaching, my Becoming You programme, Reiki healing or my free resources, I want to give you the tools, knowledge and support to create real, lasting change.

 With 17 years of experience in marketing, I also love supporting businesses in aligning their vision with success. Whether it’s personal growth or business strategy, I’m here to help you shift your mindset and move toward your dreams. Outside of coaching and marketing, you’ll find me soaking up sunrises, getting lost in a good book and eating great food. I truly appreciate life and all the little moments and I want to help you do the same.
